Ingredients
Magnesium sources: organic sea lettuce extract, organically bound spirulina, purified mineralised seawater, organic Icelandic red algae. Organic seaweed and algae blend: sea lettuce whole and extract (Ulva lactuca), spirulina, chlorella, Icelandic red algae (Lithothamnion calcareum), Irish sea moss, Atlantic wakame, dulse. Capsule shell: organic pullulan.
Composition and nutrition
Per capsule: magnesium 150mg; seaweed and algae blend 550mg. The mineral amount and blend mass must not be added to infer capsule weight. Iodine content and complete magnesium-source specification are awaiting confirmation.
Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with or without food. Follow current supplied-pack directions.
Storage
Store away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the container tightly closed.
