Shipping policy

At Fuss Free Nutrition, we aim to get your UK order to you quickly, safely and with minimal fuss.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at or after 1pm, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

UK Shipping

Standard shipping: £6.95 for orders below £60 after discounts. Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Free standard shipping: orders of £60 or more after discounts qualify, including orders totalling exactly £60.
Express shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available for selected UK mainland postcodes only. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery are different: same-day dispatch does not guarantee next-working-day delivery.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number with a direct link to either Royal Mail or UPS, depending on your chosen method and destination.
