Shipping policy

At Fuss Free Nutrition, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with minimal fuss. Please read below to understand how we handle shipping, both within the UK and internationally.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 noon, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders under £60 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless another method is selected at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for selected postcodes. This option will appear at checkout if it is available in your area.

International Shipping

We’re not quite ready to offer international shipping just yet, but it’s on the way. If you’d like to be the first to know when it becomes available, simply pop your contact details in here and we’ll keep you updated.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number with a direct link to either Royal Mail or UPS, depending on your chosen method and destination.

Undelivered Orders and Returns

If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from your local depot:

  • For UK orders, a £9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • For international orders, we will deduct double the original shipping fee. For example, if you paid £12 for shipping, £24 will be deducted from your refund to cover outbound and return charges.
