Energy: Peppermint oil, rosemary oil, grapefruit oil. Focus: Peppermint oil, rosemary oil, cinnamon bark oil. Refresh: Eucalyptus oil, menthol. Relax: Lavender oil, vetiver oil, mandarin oil. Balance: Peppermint oil, cypress oil, geranium oil, ginger root oil. Calm: Bergamot oil, lemon oil, cedarwood oil, clary sage oil, vetiver oil.

Product information

For inhalation, not consumption. 6 sticks; 0.8ml in each. Includes one each of Energy, Focus, Refresh, Relax, Balance, Calm.

Directions

Twist off the cap. Hold directly under the nose, close one nostril and inhale gently, then repeat on the other side. Replace the cap firmly after use.

Storage

Keep the cap tightly closed and store in a cool place. Follow the instructions on the individual pack.

Allergy advice

Contains aromatic oils and menthol. Avoid use if sensitive to any listed ingredient. Essential oils may cause allergic reactions.

For inhalation only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Not recommended for children under 6; keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant, prone to seizures or sensitive to essential oils. Stop use if irritation or other adverse effects occur. Not a substitute for prescribed medication.
